- You can share the case info by tapping the Share button at the top right of a case.
- At the Share prompt, select the app with which you want to share the information.
- Once shared on clicking the link, it opens the application and will redirect you to the particular case details screen of the shared case.
- If you do not have the selected app installed in you device, you will be redirected to the
Play Store (Android) or 
App Store (iOS) to download and install it.
